The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose offers concentration, juiciness and a certain sweetness (but seems a bit closed and reserved on opening). After aeration, it offers notes of candied lemon peel, bitter orange jam, lemon zest, crunchy apricot, as well as delicate spicy notes (nutmeg, a very light touch of vanilla), herbaceous (fresh tea leaf, a touch of mint and oregano) and floral hints(honeysuckle, apple blossom, wild rose), as well as a fine minerality (rock, dry stone). On the palate, the wine offers roundness, a delicate note of honey, associated with a beautiful liveliness and a salivating acidity. It expresses notes of fresh quince, ripe yellow lemon, orange zest, crushed green apple, ripe green plum, as well as integrated herbaceous notes (lemon thyme, mint) and a fine floral hints (apple blossom, wild rose), spiciness (nutmeg in the background) and minerality. The finish is quite persistent, with tangy and slightly bitter citrus notes, as well as a touch of honey in the background. A well-structured wine, with a sharp acidity, but also with a concentrated and ripe fruity substance that helps to balance it.
