Royal Lochnagar – Limited Edition – Highland, Single Malt – Scotch Whisky

The nose offers power and concentration. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum and Zante currant combined with a hint of dried orange zest, dried peach, a subtle hint of apple as well as an imperceptible hint of heather, malt and woody tips. The mouth is aromatic, well-balanced, finely tight and offers a nice finesse, straightness, fat, a fine power and a nice unctuosity. On the palate, this Whisky expresses notes of candied lemon, candied tangerine, peach, mirabelle plum and sweet red apple combined with discreet toasted hints, caramelization, oak and a subtle / very discreet hint of coffee (in the background). Good length.
