The nose is fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of blueberry, violet and slight notes of fleshy cassis associated with touches of plum, a subtle hint of crushed wild strawberry (in the background) as well as slight touches of toasted wood / oak, vanilla, cardamom and blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, a beautiful acid frame as well as a good dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe redcurrant, ripe cherry and touches of cassis, fleshy raspberry combined with a very discreet hint of blueberry (in the background) as well as slight touches of toasted wood / oak, vanilla and a very discreet hint of tobacco on the finish. Tannins are fine, a bit firm, a bit tight and very slightly dry.
