Rötiberg Kellerei Klettgau Blanc de Noir 2022 – Schaffhausen

The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity, with golden or even orange highlights. The nose is fragrant and gourmand: it expresses the aromas of expressive but refined red fruits (red cherry, raspberry, red currant), associated with a touch of pear drops, vine peach, ripe apricot, as well as a bitter side of pink grapefruit and fresh almond, a touch of fresh rose and white pepper in the background. The palate has a gourmand, fruity and supple attack. It first expresses notes of vine peach, ripe raspberry and red currants, associated in the mid-palate with notes of grapefruit (with its good bitterness), bitter orange, candied lemon, apricot and yellow peach. The finish is quite persistent and sapid. It offers a delicate saline minerality, good bitterness, as well as a spicy touch (peppery and vanilla) and a salivating acidity. A gourmand and original white wine.
