The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh and offers suavity, roundness, gourmandise as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, vine peach and small notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry associated with small touches of lemon, mandarin as well as very discreet hints of elder flowers and lemon blossom. An imperceptible almost tannic hint on the finish / persistence. Good length.
