The wine has a beautiful, bright lemon color. The first nose is fresh, slightly closed with mineral and fruit notes like lemon and banana. The second nose opens with more lightness. There is still banana but also a hint of white pepper. There are also notes of toast and smoke. The palate is fresh, fruity with good acidity from the start. There are notes of toast, juicy lemon, peach, and pine sap. The acidity continues in the finish with salinity and salivation. There is a long, delicate, buttery finish.
