The nose is racy, mineral and offers a spicy side as well as a discreet side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, dense black berries and a small notes of Cubeb pepper associated with touches of violet, crushed wild raspberry, hints of zan, nutmeg as well as a discreet hint of underground, tonka bean and spices. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, a nice freshness, generosity, pulpy, good definition, gourmand and a certain sincerity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy red cherry, violet and small notes of fleshy/juicy purple plum associated with touches of blueberry, olive tree, local dry undergrowth as well as hints of pepper fresh, dried herbs and fine hints of cocoa. Tannins are racy and offer a soft finish. Suavity on the finish.
