It reveals notes of zest, dried orange, physalis and slight hints of nectarine associated with small touches typical of “maceration” and subtle hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, an acid frame, a good definition, a certain tension, gourmande, a discreet maceration side, minerality as well as a fine tannic side in the background (both in structure and in aroma). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of dried zest, dried citrus fruits and small notes of physalis associated with a touch of juicy/pulpy nectarine as well as slight hints of crunchy apple, an imperceptible hint of exotic fruits (in the background) and a herbaceous hint. Presence of an imperceptible syrupy/sapy hint in the background, on the persistence.
