The palate offers a beautiful tannic structure, a little closed, but balanced, juiciness and freshness of fruits (fresh blackcurrant, wild plum, morello cherry), as well as a hint of roasting (toasted, fresh almond, toasted almond), liquorice, nutmeg and cardamom, a herbaceous hint (bay leaf, wild mint).
