The nose is elegant, delicate and offers power (in control), harmony as well as deepness. It reveals notes of quince, fleshy yellow apple and small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of white fruits, baked apple, baked yellow grape as well as hints of fresh hazelnut, wildflowers / white flowers, flint and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is elegant, fruity, beautifully built, delicate, racy and offers harmony, a beautiful sense of detail, a small racy minerality, a fine crystalline side, an acidulous frame, a beautifully delicate touch as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / acidulous lemon, acidulous kumquat and small notes of dried quince associated with a touch of dried orange, fresh hazelnut, fresh flowers as well as hints of cider, green curry, cardamom and a subtle hint of toasted almond. Nice length and persistence.
