Roland Tissier et Fils Etincelle 2022 – Sancerre

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose expresses pronounced citrus notes (lemon, lemon zest, lime, grapefruit), green apple, green plum and gooseberries, combined with expressive mineral aromas (limestone, flint) and a floral touch of acacia and apple blossom. The attack on the palate is straight, precise and lively, with citrus flavors (lime, yellow lemon, grapefruit), tangy and chiseled notes of green apple, green plum and gooseberries. In the mid-palate, we find distinguished minerality (limestone, flint), airy floral touches (acacia, apple blossom). The finish is quite persistent, with notes of fresh citrus, green apple and sharp acidity.
