The nose is aromatic, fruity, powerful and offers intensity. It reveals notes of cooked apple, small yellow fruits, apple juice and red peach skin associated with small notes of crystallized lemon, pâtisseries as well as a very discreet hint of white flowers, dried fruits and an imperceptible hint of fresh almond (in the background). The palate is juicy, fruity, elegant, soft, silky, slightly fleshy, precise and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good structure, an aerial side as well as a beautiful delicacy. In the mouth this Calvados expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy apple and small notes of apple / peach associated with a hint of cooked apple, yellow fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of zest and almond (in the background). Gourmandise and an imperceptible hint of anise on the aftertaste.
