The nose is mineral, fruity and offers a fine grain. It reveals notes of juicy citrus (lemon, mandarine) associated with fine touches of ripe mandarine zests as well as a very discreet hint of green peach and pear. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine acidulous frame as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe mandarine and small notes of juicy green peach associated with touches of William pear as well as a very discreet hint of zests (in the background). Sapidity on the finish. There is an imperceptible hint of toasted/salinity on the finish/persistence.
