The palate is fresh, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, freshness, a small tension as well as an acidulous frame, a finesse of the grain as well as roundness/suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy green apple, white nectarine, small notes of pulpy/juicy mandarine associated with small touches of lemon, quenette/passion fruit as well as a subtle hint of sugared pink grapefruit, elderflower, peach flowers, a discreet hint of flint and zests. Good length.
