The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is gourmand and fleshy. It expresses aromas of gooseberries, passion fruit, yellow peach and ripe apricot, combined with notes of lemon, grapefruit, as well as green apple, honeysuckle and a very delicate hint of honey in the background. After aeration, we also find a limestone mineral framework. The palate is enveloping, while remaining tangy and fresh. The attack offers tangy and slightly bitter citrus notes (lemon, lime, grapefruit), in the mid-palate, we find flavors of green apple, tangy apricot and gooseberries, as well as white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle) and a mineral framework of limestone. The finish offers salivating acidity, a chiseled citrus touch, as well as a good grapefruit bitterness on the persistence. Good length, freshness and complexity.
