The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with slight green highlights. On the nose, the wine is discreet and requires aeration. Then, it first expresses subtle herbaceous and vegetal notes (blackcurrant leaf, green bean), which quickly disappear behind the aromas of ripe fruits (passion fruit, gooseberry, apricot, white peach, crushed lemon, grapefruit, green apple). We also sense precise mineral aromas (limestone, dry stone, a saline hint) as well as floral touches of acacia and apple blossom. The palate is juicy, enveloping, but very light. The attack is airy, tangy and mineral (we can see a slightly drying limestone touch), with lively and chiseled flavors of citrus (lime, lemon, grapefruit) and green apple. In the mid-palate, we find flavors of tangy apricot and gooseberries, as well as white flowers (acacia, apple blossom). The finish expresses a delicate lime bitterness, salivating acidity and racy, calcareous and slightly saline minerality. An expressive and typical wine.
