The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is gourmand, even a little sweet. It expresses the aromas of stone fruits (yellow peach, yellow nectarine, juicy apricot), combined with aromas of ripe lemon, candied lemon peel, grapefruit zest, as well as passion fruit and flower honey in the background. We also find slightly sweet floral scents (apple blossom, elderflower syrup), complemented by a calcareous minerality and a salty and iodized touch. The palate is juicy, delicious and tangy. The attack is lively, with notes of ripe citrus fruits (lemon, lime, grapefruit zest), combined with flavors of white peach, yellow nectarine, apricot and green apple. In the mid-palate we find floral notes of apple blossom and elderflower syrup, as well as a mineral, limestone and saline framework. Good persistence on the palate, with a slight bitterness of lime, a lively acidity and a slight herbaceous touch of blackcurrant leaf.
