The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. Lots of freshness and tanginess on the nose: we find in particular the aromas of bigarreau cherry, blackcurrant, crushed blueberry, cranberries and raspberry, associated with a fragrant floral bouquet – rose, peony, lilac, as well as a touch of limestone, crushed morello cherry and peppermint. The palate is expressive, chiseled and tangy. It expresses the tangy and slightly bitter notes of cranberries and bird cherry on the attack, associated with herbaceous (blackcurrant leaf, peppermint) and floral (peony, rose) touches. The tannins are structured, with a fine texture, but slightly grippy, tightening on the persistence. Good length and a salivating acidity.
