The nose is fresh and offers power, concentration as well as finesse. It reveals notes of red cherry, griotte, gray pepper and spices associated with slight/discreet hints of strawberry as well as a subtle hint of cacao. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, well-built, aerial and offers a slight fleshy, a beautiful mineral frame, a slight juiciness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/fleshy strawberry, redcurrant and hints of griotte associated with subtle hints of cassis, notes of pepper (black pepper and coarse Cuben pepper) as well as subtle hints of chocolate, woody hints and an imperceptible hint of tobacco. Good length.
