The nose is fruity, gourmand, racy, elegant and offers a fine richness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of wild blackberry and ripe wild strawberry associated with small touches of violet plum as well as discreet hints of dried tobacco/copse, liquorice stick, chocolate and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, precise, racy, mineral and offers tension, straightness, a beautiful juiciness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, fleshy/juicy plum and small notes of crunchy wild raspberry associated with fine small toasted touches, racy minerality, crushed/fresh small blue fruits as well as hints of chocolate/tonka bean and discreet hints of caramelized almond. Tannins are racy and straight. Good length.
