The nose expresses distinct herbaceous notes, which add complexity to the wine: we find in particular the aromas of medicinal herbs (menthol, eucalyptus), which are then complemented by notes of fresh lemon, lemon yogurt, orange fresh, fresh apricot, and a fine minerality. The finish expresses notes of citrus (lemon, orange), apricot, mineral and herbaceous touches (mint, eucalyptus), complemented by notes of dried herbs, vanilla and hay. The finish is quite persistent, the foam is fine and silky.
