It expresses notes of raspberry, crunchy strawberry, cranberries, red currant, associated with aromas of blackcurrant and fresh blueberry, as well as a fine herbaceous touch in the background (fresh thyme, a touch of mint, as well as a smoky note of oregano and dried grass) and a very light touch of white pepper and tapenade. The palate offers a lively and tangy attack, with good bitterness and perceptible, but fine tannins. It expresses notes of tangy raspberry, cranberries, fresh blackcurrant, crunchy raspberry and red currant, combined with herbaceous flavors of blackcurrant leaf (or even tomato leaf), fresh basil and oregano, as well as with a touch of tapenade and white pepper in the background.
