The mouth is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, finely tight and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, fat, a small tension as well as freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy red cherry, fleshy / juicy red berries and small notes of violet associated with small touches of cherry blossoms, crushed cassis, a subtle hint of garrigue / olive tree as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices, nutmeg and almonds. Presence of a very discreet caramel touch on persistence.
