Roc des Boutires Pouilly-Fuissé « La Grange Murger » 2022 – Pouilly-Fuissé

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color, with silver reflexions. The nose is fresh, subtle and airy. It expresses notes of green plum, crushed green apple, gooseberries, a vegetal hint of cucumber, as well as fresh lime and yellow lemon juice. We also find a touch of fresh hazelnut, butter, dried lime, flower honey and chamomile. The palate offers lightness and fluidity, with a lively acidic structure and a delicate limestone minerality which appears at the end of the palate. It expresses the flavors of lemon juice, lime juice, crushed green apple, green plum, as well as a touch of cut grass, fresh hazelnut, fresh lime and apple blossom. The finish expresses a sharp acidity, a very slight honeyed touch and a green apple flavor on the persistence.
