The nose is elegant and offers a fine power / intensity. It reveals notes of strawberry, toasted, Bourbon vanilla and small notes of blackberry associated with a touch of plum, very slight hints of cardamom as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous / juicy frame, fat, a small straightness as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, fleshy / juicy strawberry and small notes of plum, vanilla associated with toasted touches as well as slight hints of small berries, violets and spices. Tannins are precise and straight. The wine is a bit marked by the barrel.
