The nose is fruity, elegant and offers richness, fine grain and complexity. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of blue fruits and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of plum, nutmeg, blackberry as well as slight hints of chocolate, cornflower and a subtle hint of cardamom / vanilla. The mouth is fruity, juicy, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, fruit, gourmandise, fat, roundness, a beautiful freshness, sapidity, a juicy / slightly acidulous frame as well as a beautiful silky and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy purple plum and small notes of Gariguette strawberry associated with fine touches of cherry, violet as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization, vanilla, toasted and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The finish is very fine. There is a discreet hint of ripe almond on the finish. A wine full of gourmandise !
