The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is a bit discreet, with notes of ripe clementine, candied lemon, crunchy white grapes and fine notes of white flowers with a herbaceous touch and a slight hint of bitter orange. The palate is fresh and balanced – there are notes of mirabelle plum, fresh muscat grape, yellow and green plum and apple blossom. The foam is subtle. The finish is long, on the acidity of candied lime. A nice balance between acidity and sweetness.
