The nose is delicately perfumed: it opens with notes of aging on lees (fresh yeast, fresh bread, brioche), flowers (acacia, apricot blossom), then associated with notes of fresh lemon, fresh apricot, peach, with a gourmand touch of pastry cream. The palate is gourmand, lemony, with a touch of sweetness of candied lemon and the juiciness of fresh pineapple and fresh peach. Refined floral notes bring freshness to the wine. The finish is round, savoury, with notes of stone fruits and a slight sweetness. The acidity seems more supple than in other wines, but remains fresh and pleasant.
