Beautiful fresh, elegant, complexe and gourmand, lisable nose that offers an aromatic pallet and a small voluptuous side. There are notes od wild cassis, sage and small notes of fresh aromatic herbs associated with slight hints almost camphor, roasted-fresh, blueberry, violet, fresh blond tobacco and pepper. The mouth is subtle, gourmand, all in precision and offers an acidulous frame, tension, precision and a linear/ « easy to access » side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of acidulous blueberry, crunchy strawberry and small notes of fresh flowers associated with touches of fresh local grove as well as slight hints of cocoa. Good length. Discreet sapid hints. Beautiful finish. Savory tannins. Beautiful freshness.
