(Barrel sample, to be bottled in July 2022) The wine is coming from a steep vineyard with slate soils which determines its slightly austere, tense character. The nose reveals discreet notes of white apples and Duchesse pears with some honeysuckle and acacia. The palate is dense, full of oyster shells minerality, creating a sensation of highly mineralized water. The finish is long and saline.
