It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry, crushed cherry / redcurrant associated with touches of dark chocolate, pepper as well as discreet hints of vanilla, sweet spices and very discreet hints of dried flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-built and offers a beautiful definition / precision, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful structure, a slight freshness, a very slight tension as well as a beautiful, fine and delicate matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of fleshy wild strawberry notes combined with fine hints of wild berries, Cuben pepper as well as slight hints of tea, sage, spices and an imperceptible hint of anise (in the background). Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length. Good aromatic persistence on touches of juicy fruits, spices as well as discreet hints of vanilla and chocolate. A beautiful wine!
