The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a very slight concentration. It reveals notes of black cherry, boysenberry and small notes of chocolate associated with slight touches of juicy Quetsche plum, cassis as well as very slight hints of cherry and licorice. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a good definition, a slight acid / juicy frame, a beautiful finesse, tension, a slight freshness, roundness, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful precision as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, licorice, plum and small notes of tonka bean associated with small touches of blackberry, slight / discreet hint of Ceylon tea and an imperceptible touch of pepper. Tannins are fine, elegant and integrated. Good length. Beautiful and gourmand persistence.
