The nose is aromatic, elegant and quite fine. The nose is complex and accessible. It reveals notes of citrus, white fruit (pear, nectarine, a touch of Granny Smith apple) associated with fine notes of lime zest as well as discreet touches of flowers and a hint of papaya. The mouth is fruity, gourmand, elegant, well-balanced, suave and offers a racy minerality, a beautiful freshness, a nice definition, an acid frame as well as a beautiful and unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe white fruit (pear, apple) and a touch of nectarine associated with fine notes of zest on the persistence. Good length and persistence. A beautiful wine!
