The nose is fruity. It reveals slight notes of quince and small yellow fruits associated with a subtle hint of lemon, slight notes of spices as well as a hint of nutmeg, terroir and a discreet hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit fat and offers a slight suavity, a slight juiciness as well as minerality. The effervescence is relatively fine and offers a slight creaminess as well as small sparkly bubbles. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apple and slight touches of kumquat, citrus associated with a subtle hint of jam as well as hints of vanilla and woody hints. Good length.
