The nose is elegant, mineral and beautifully racy. It reveals notes of wild red berries, wild raspberry and small notes of copse/laurel associated with touches of ripe Quetsche plum, cornflower, lily as well as hints of liquorice stick, mild tobacco and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, beautiful suavity, a beautiful straightness/tension, an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition/precision as well as an aerail side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy bigarreau cherry, juicy Quetsche plum and small notes of juicy wild red berries associated with small touches of blackberry, violet, toasted as well as fine hints of flowers (cornflower, violet), chocolate, toasted and a very discreet hint of mild tobacco. Good length on the palate. A beautiful wine!
