The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is gourmand, fruity and juicy. It expresses notes of tangy red fruits (raspberry, crunchy strawberry, red currant, red cherry), combined with subtle spicy notes (liquorice, white pepper, nutmeg in the background), a hint of toasted hazelnut and dried herbs. (bay leaf, dried mint), as well as a floral touch of dried rose. The palate is juicy, fruity, tangy and finely tight. It expresses the slightly bitter notes of cranberries in the attack, associated with notes of red cherry, red currant, raspberry, dried blackcurrant, a fine touch of pepper, liquorice and toasted, dried rose, bay leaf, as well as with a distinguished minerality (gravel, limestone). The tannins are fine and silky. The finish is quite persistent, fruity and supple, with salivating acidity, good bitterness and freshness. A gourmet, juicy and pleasant wine.
