The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a good finesse of the grain, finesse as well as power. It reveals notes of wild red berries and small notes of violet, fleshy cherry associated with touches of balsamic, copse, Sichuan pepper as well as a discreet hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame, a beautiful tension as well as a beautiful fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cherry and fleshy/juicy wild red berries associated with fine touches of blackberry, cornflower, ripe laurel berries as well as discreet hints of copse and a very discreet hint of balsamic (in the background). Tannins are fine, precise and racy.
