On the nose it is floral, fruity and offers a fine freshness as well as a fine, delicate and finely tight texture. There are notes of pulpy / fresh cherry, small fleshy / juicy Quetsche plum and more slightly small red berries associated with small touches of cassis, laurel / local grove, with fine hints of zan as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and almond. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, some minerality as well as a tangy structure. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, juicy raspberry and more slightly violet associated with touches of small juicy / fresh plums, hints of small red berries, cherry blossoms as well as fine hints of vanilla and nutmeg. Good length. Presence of a subtle hint of tobacco, tonka bean, almond and a very discreet hint of tea on the finish. Presence of a very discreet tip of tonka bean on the persistence (brings a fine chew).
