The nose is fruity, elegant and offers juiciness, a fine richness, a fine suavity as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, plum and small notes of crushed/ripe wild red berries associated with small touches of violet, gray pepper as well as very discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, suave, elegante, well-balanced, harmonious and offers a good definition as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry and juicy/fresh plum associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry, cornflower/rose as well as hints of liquorice, a very discreet hint of balsamic, mild tobacco (in the background) and chocolate/Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are elegant. The finish and the persistence are beautiful.
