The nose is fresh, elegant, aromatic and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe Brugnon, ripe green apple and a touch of quince combined with a touch of mango, slight hints of racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of vanilla / butter and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, gourmande, clean and offers tension, precision, a beautiful juiciness, finesse as well as aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe green apple, ripe / juicy quince and small notes of ripe / juicy kumquat associated with a touch of mango, crushed white fruit as well as very slight hints of exotic fruit, quenette, flowers and vanilla. Good length. A fine unctuosity on the finish (brings gourmandise). A very discreet firmness on the persistence.
