The nose is elegant, precise and offers concentration / richness, freshness, racy minerality as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of quince, fresh flowers (yellow and white) and touches of fleshy / fresh mirabelle plum associated with small touches of ripe tangerine, beeswax, very discreet hints of spices (in the background ) as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla and pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant and offers a good definition, juiciness, freshness, a small suavity, precision, fleshy, a small fat, gourmandise as well as a mineral / juicy frame . On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy mirabelle plum and small notes of juicy quince associated with slight hints of beeswax, mango and an imperceptible hint of chestnut. Good length. There is a very discreet toasted hint on the persistence.
