Riecine 2021 – Chianti Classico

(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers concentration and gourmandise, as well as a refreshing tangy frame of red fruits. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry, cranberries, a touch of wild plum and blueberry, combined with notes of fresh basil, wild mint, Mediterranean herbs, violet and wild rose. The palate offers suppleness, juiciness and fresh fruitiness. It expresses notes of morello cherry, bigarreau cherry, crunchy strawberry, fresh raspberry, red currants, as well as wild plum and blueberry, combined with notes of wild mint, basil, fresh thyme, wild rose and violet. The tannins are sapid, a bit grippy, but balanced by a fresh acidity. The finish is gourmand, juicy and fruity, rather persistent.
