The wine has a pale ruby color, with slight garnet reflections. The nose is perfumed, fruity and minty. It expresses aromas of fresh red cherry, dried cranberries, fresh raspberry and crushed blueberry, combined with notes of peppermint, liquorice, nutmeg, and a hint of amarena cherry. There are also sweet notes of vanilla, chocolate cherry, as well as a hint of roasting (coffee, toasted hazelnut), hay, dried flowers, tobacco and fallen leaves. The palate is enveloping, airy and gourmet, and expresses flavors of ripe fruits (red cherry, strawberry, raspberry), dried fruits (dried cherry, dried cranberries), as well as dried rose and a hint of wild flowers. On the mid-palate, we find the tertiary notes of tobacco, dry leaves, dried peppermint, as well as toast, liquorice and nutmeg. Tannins have a very fine grain, a silky texture and a good structure. The finish is long, sapid, with expressive fruity notes and a hint of bitter cocoa in the background and a good bitterness of fresh cherry. An elegant and harmonious wine.
