The nose is fruity and offers a small richness, intensity as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes cherry associated with small touches of plum, Zan as well as discreet hints of crushed red berries, toasted and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, elegant and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame, suavity, finesse as well as a very fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy plum, blackberry and small notes of ripe red berries associated with fine touches licorice, Zan, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length. The finish / persistence is discreetly chewy.
