The nose is fruity, fresh and offers crunchiness. It reveals notes of crunchy apple, crunchy quince and small notes of fresh small fruits associated with a touch of lemon blossoms as well as fine hints of fresh local grove, citrus, pink lychee and tea. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, fat, roundness, a certain gourmandize as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, rose, kumquat and small notes of orange associated with small touches of exotic fruits, peach flowers as well as a discreet hint of eucalyptus, tea and very discreet toasted hints / butter. An imperceptible hint of beeswax (in the background). Good length.
