(Bourbon casks) The nose is fine, quite elegant, relatively incisive and finely rich. It reveals notes of lychee, papaya and quenette associated with slight notes of flowers, apple, spices as well as a discreet note of plum, roasted coffee, slight notes of brown sugar and a discreet note of lime zest. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-defined, well-conducted, relatively gourmand and offers suavity and a fine acid / fresh frame. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of quenette, exotic fruit and discreet notes of kumquat associated with a discreet touch tangerine as well as slight notes of caramel, pâtisserie, vanilla, cinnamon and oak.
