Reverdy-Cadet & Fils, Cuvée des Cadet 2023 – Sancerre

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers freshness, tangy notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit, lime zest), gooseberries and green apple, combined with touches of acacia, yellow peach and fruits of the passion. The palate is gourmand, with notes of fleshy stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot) and passion fruit on the attack, complemented by flavors of candied lemon peel, crushed lemon, ripe green apple, as well as grapefruit and acacia. The finish is quite persistent, slightly bitter (good bitterness of grapefruit and lime), with a lively and salivating acidity. An open, juicy, fresh and gpurmand wine.
