The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, well-balanced and offers suavity, gourmandize and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy bigarreau cherry, fleshy raspberry, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of crunchy raspberry, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of crunchy strawberry as well as a hint of fresh lilac.
