It reveals notes of juicy/ripe cassis, small crushed bleu fruits and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with fine touches of cornflower, small wild fruits as well as hints of liquorice, cuben pepper and spices. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, a juicy/acidulous frame, minerality, a small freshness as well as a certain tension, small fat and straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, Boysen berry and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of small juicy/fresh blue fruits, cornflowers, lilac as well as hints of liquorice stick. Tannins are fine and very finely marked. Good length. A subtle hint of chocolate/caramelization on the finish/persistence.
