(50% Syrah, 50% Grenache) The nose is marked by the local scrubland (olive tree, oak and a hint of sage). There are notes of ripe cherry, blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of bright cassis as well as hints of sweet spices. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, a certain freshness, a small tension, a slight fat as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, pulpy/ juicy cassis and small notes of crushed small blue fruits associated with touches of almost roasted red small fruits as well as hints of zan, sweet spices, nutmag and an imperceptible hint almost scrubland and black olive in the background and moka. Tannins offer a slight chewiness and sapidity. A discreet hint of good bitterness.
